Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

As a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout our distribution network. You are the central point of contact between customers, logistics service providers, warehouses, and internal departments.

You will be responsible for coordinating customer orders, inbound and outbound logistics activities, customs formalities, transport arrangements, and administrative follow-up. In addition, you will ensure accurate data management within our RCC system and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational processes.

Warehouse Operator

As Warehouse Operator, we are looking for a real team player that has a can-do attitude and is not afraid of hard work.

Successful candidates enjoy a challenging job, possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for quality and attention to detail.

As part of your daily activities, you will be responsible for accurately packaging, loading and unloading material including drums, IBCs and ISO tanks. Daily tasks will include: operating a forklift, chemical packaging, bulk chemical transfers, trailer loading, etc. In addition, the Warehouse Operator will uphold quality standards as well as conform to ISO 9001 policies and procedures.

This position requires a good knowledge of ISO and Responsible Distribution. On-site there is a drumming line, repackaging, blending and transport operation.

A forklift operator certificate is an advantage and a valid driver’s licence is mandatory.
